The mission of Destiny Outreach® (DO!) is to empower, inspire and equip young people from diverse backgrounds with navigational tools in engaging learning environments to achieve their ultimate potential in life, school, and work.

DO! creates interactive human development programs that support education, life and career development by leveraging the power of entertainment and technology, thus motivating young people and young adults to achieve their dreams. Our motto is “making learning fun so that dreams do come true.”

DO!’s mission over the next five years will be accomplished by working closely with school systems, youth organizations, faith ministries, communities, corporate businesses and caring adults through our exciting Dreams & Destiny® Campaign which offers youth, parents, and teachers a premiere curriculum experience.

Destiny Outreach’s Dreams & Destiny® Campaign is an innovative “edutainment” initiative. The Campaign introduces a multicultural group of 12-17 and 18-25 year-old males and females of diverse economic backgrounds to a critical set of career development experiences, vocational exposures, and process technologies to help them discover their dreams and develop action plans to accomplish them.

The Campaign’s content is creatively delivered through a series of interactive human development seminars, customized career development workshops, career shadowing programs, and camp experiences. In addition, multi-media and community outreach events (i.e. PSAs, Online Contests, Forums) enhance the Campaign and broaden the reach of its messages. DO!’s team of professionals and collaborators fulfill our mission in the following manner by:

• Developing curriculum and navigational tools in the areas of personal and vocational development;
  
• Conducting focus groups which analyze the needs, concerns and issues of youth in order to target programs to meet their identified social, emotional and vocational needs;
  
• Facilitating local and national human development, motivational, and vocational educational events;
  
• Encouraging entertainment and technology industries to further their commitment to positively impacting education and vocation education;
  
• Building effective partnerships and collaborations with a strong support base of resources and website databases that aid in youth empowerment;
  
• Utilizing technology to build a virtual dream world of resources for personal and professional development;
  
• Enhancing the quality of life for youth, adults, families, and communities.
