C. Milano Harden, Program & Curriculum Consultant

Milano Harden works with Destiny Outreach in a number of critical strategy and program design roles including executive leadership, organizational development, curriculum development and design of group learning experiences. He provides coordination and strategy support for the Regional Educational Advisory Council.  Milano also serves as co-facilitator during Destiny Outreach's programs.

Milano Harden is Program Director at the Healthcare Georgia Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia and President of The Genius Group, Inc. (TGG).   He has extensive training in leadership development, executive education and organizational development; and TGG specializes in strategic solutions for leaders of all kinds with an emphasis on nonprofit, community and clergy leadership.  Harden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Social Policy from Northwestern University, and a graduate degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

In 1998, Milano was selected as an Administrative Fellow at the Harvard University Administrative Fellows Program, and he is a 2003 Hull Leadership Fellow at the Southeastern Council of Foundations.

In the course of his career, Milano has served in the following roles: Manager of Education Initiatives, the Hauser Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government; Development Manager of Executive Education at the American Hospital Association's Health Research & Educational Trust; Program Evaluator for Northwestern Memorial Hospital's Department of Community Services; and District Health Coordinator for the Illinois Primary Health Care Association.
